About the Event

Microsoft Teams is free for all ākonga and kaiako in Aotearoa.

To support you in making the most of this free tool, we've created a workshop to get you using Teams to its full potential.

This session will cover

Ever wondered if you were using Teams to it's full potential.

This session will be a chance to hear examples of how classroom teachers use teams.

This is NOT a how-to tech session - it is a why-to and when-to use some of the functions in teams to improve engagement and achievement.

We love a good concrete example - we hope you do too.. It's a chance to learn something new and try it in your classroom the very next day.

Who is this event for? This session is suitable for Primary and Secondary kaiako who are ready to use Microsoft Teams to its full potential.

What you need to bring Please bring your laptop or device that has Microsoft Teams installed.

If you do not have access to a device with Microsoft Teams installed, then please let us know in the registration process.

Delicious Kai and refreshments will be provided.

Why is this event free? Here at impactED we are activists against boring PLD, plus we know kaiako work hard and deserve the best PLD possible so they can then give the best to their ākonga.

We are passionate about education, and believe in sharing our mahi with as many kaiako and ākonga as possible. To make this happen we collaborate with other amazing PLD facilitators and are granted funding by respective organisations.

Te Ao Māori values will be upheld through out the hui. Delivered in English Medium, inclusive to all.

impactED are a Microsoft Global Training Partner, and would like to thank Microsoft Education for their support to deliver high quality hui.
