COACHING WITH IMPACT

In 2024, the ImpactEd team proudly launched Lead with Impact — a two-day immersive leadership coaching experience grounded in our EPIC Coaching model (Engage, Plan, Implement, Check-in).

Designed for aspiring and emerging leaders, this workshop equips participants with the mindset, tools, and strategies to lead with clarity, purpose, and authenticity. Whether leading a project, a team, or a whole staff, participants came ready to grow — and left empowered to lead with greater intention.

Using the EPIC framework, participants:

  • Engaged in deep self-reflection to uncover personal leadership values, purpose, and style
  • Planned how to apply their learning to real leadership challenges in their context
  • Implemented new strategies for building trust, navigating change, and coaching others
  • Checked in through peer feedback, coaching practice, and facilitated discussion to reflect on growth and next steps

What made it EPIC?

  • Opportunities to reflect on “Your Why” and align leadership actions with core values
  • Practical strategies for leading change, holding professional conversations, and building resilience
  • Peer coaching practice to strengthen confidence in leading others
  • Clarity around what authentic leadership looks like — and how to apply it in everyday interactions

What our 2024 Cohort said:

“I had time and support to look at everything in front of me — and make a plan.”
“Talking with other leaders helped me understand myself better and expand my toolkit.”
“I’m more aware of how I show up — and how that impacts those I lead.”
“Understanding others’ ‘why’ helped me build stronger, more respectful relationships."
